- Technical & Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser information, and access logs collected automatically during partner portal access.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information solely for business operational purposes, including:
- Forwarding live inbound phone calls to verified contractor partners in real time.
- Screening inbound calls through CallShield to detect spam, robocalls, and out-of-territory solicitations.
- Processing partner dispute requests and managing lead account credits.
- Sending transactional notifications regarding account status, dispute status, or territory maintenance via email and SMS text messaging.

Catalyst Digital complies fully with CTIA guidelines and U.S. mobile carrier regulations regarding business SMS messaging.
